The hopping is mild and gentle. It’s perfect for times when you crave a beer utterly refreshing and low in alcohol. A true thirst quencher everyone enjoys.
Ale Smith Numbskull
Caramel and toffee notes abound in Old Numbskull, a deep copper-colored American Barleywine-style ale, alongside toasted malt and a hint of ripe dark fruits. Old Numbskull
showcases malt sweetness, intense American hops, and an aggressive bitterness. Extremely well-balanced,the full-bodied mouthfeel and assertive hop profile leads into a deceptively smooth finish. Old Numbskull can be enjoyed now or laid down for years to come.
FOOD PAIRINGS
This barleywine absolutely loves food. Its rich sweetness pairs particularly well with roasted meats, braises, and stews or bold, decadent offerings such as sausages, paté, and a variety of pungent cheeses.
Ballast Point Sculpin IPA
A trophy beer that’s a testament to our homebrew roots.
Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.
Green Flash West Coast IPA
As a pioneer of craft beer, we began an adventure to make a standard West Coast IPA. We ventured into the unknown and discovered a seductive hop. The scent of tropical fruits and grapefruit peel in Simco hops, the hops of Columbus hops leads to the pungent hops, the scent of the century hops is very rich, the citrus flavor of the West Chu Hops is fresh and pleasant, and the floral fragrance of the Cascade hops is fragrant. The intertwining of various flavors throughout the winemaking process. The West Coast IPA fully demonstrated to the public the adventurous spirit and exploration spirit of the Green Sparkling Winery.
Left Hand Milk Stout(Nitro)
Gentle silky milk Shi Tao with gentle baking and Mocha flavor. Dark black wine body and indescribable mellow taste, this American-style milk Shitao beer will change your impression of Shi Tao beer. This milk Shimao beer is thick and difficult to pour, the foam produced by the outgoing liquid is thick like a layer of hard cream. The reason why such a rich and rich foam is produced is that a small device is set at the bottom of the bottle. The aroma emitted is a mixture of brown sugar and vanilla cream, which makes people think of baked coffee. When you take a sip, a bubble in the shape of a pillow will stick to your upper lip. It's hard to swallow. If you have a dense robe, it looks like your beard is white in the distance. The entrance is a taste of baked mocha, followed by a creamy lingering in your mouth, a hint of hops and a bitter taste from roast malt, and the aftertaste is a milk chocolate flavor that will make you feel good.
Alpine Duet IPA
We added the Simco Hops and Amarillo Hops to a perfect balance based on the original West Coast style IPA. Clear gold wheat color body, pure white foam rich and delicate, good durability. You can easily smell the aromas of lychee and mango, but the most prominent is the taste of grapefruit skin. This part of the fat is very rich, which will make you feel better about this wine. Since the balance between sweet and bitter is well done, most people can accept the bitter taste it brings.
Green Flash Soul Style IPA
Winemakers capture every piece of inspiration in their minds and create huge and complex IPAs. Soul style is their best interpretation of single IPA, pure and elegant. Citra, Simcoe and Cascade are three types of hops that are intertwined and overlaid. The citrus-inspired tropical fruit of tropical fruits and flowers is plentiful and quietly blooming. Enjoy a cup of soul-style IPA at leisure, feel its charm, and soothe your soul above the waves. Just one cup will keep you in mind.
Left Hand Milk Stout
This wine list is eye-catching enough from the packaging and is very unique. Open the lid can smell the thick coffee chocolate taste, the wine is poured into the cup to see the dark brown body, exudes malt, milk chocolate, vanilla mocha coffee and other chowder in a piece of aroma. Like the pro-chocolate coffee can try, very good.
